By accessing or using the Rhose Fleur website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to display colors and images accurately, but slight variations may occur due to the natural beauty of fresh flowers. Prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes and delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, we begin crafting your arrangement. Order modification requests may be submitted after purchase; however, changes are not guaranteed once preparation or fulfillment has begun.

Local delivery is available within the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Delivery windows are approximate and may vary based on demand and location. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or recipient unavailability.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh floral arrangements, all sales are final. If your arrangement arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. Each concern will be reviewed individually, and an appropriate resolution will be provided where applicable.

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments with industry-standard SSL encryption. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.

All content on the Rhose Fleur website — including text, images, logos, and floral designs — is the property of Rhose Fleur and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Rhose Fleur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
